Scott Warden is a Senior Counsel at the Los Angeles Office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley with Honors. Following his undergraduate work, Scott studied in the graduate program at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Scott went on to study Public Interest Law and received his Juris Doctorate from New College of California School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993.
Scott brings a broad array of legal experience to Borton Petrini, LLP, including insurance defense, complex personal injury cases, contract and business litigation, intellectual property law, and construction defense. Scott has extensive experience advising insurance clients and has served as in-counsel for a EU-based software company.
Scott is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Scott’s community service activities include serving for several years on the board of a non-profit organization which operates a women’s shelter and a high-risk youth program. In his spare time, Scott enjoys offshore fishing and has two sons who are his favorite fishing buddies.
