Isabell W. Flores is an attorney in the Sacramento office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Isabell graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California, Moraga, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Media Law with a Minor in Communications. Isabell received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Ed.D., from California State University, Sacramento. She was admitted to the State Bar of California and United States District Court, Eastern District through the State Bar of California’s Law Office Study/Judge’s Chambers Program. Isabell has a diverse background in corporate, legal, media, entertainment, business affairs, leadership, sales, real estate, health care, and education. She is recognized as an excellent communicator, team motivator, and consistently impactful contributor to team projects and business objectives.
Prior to joining Borton Petrini, Isabell was a sole practitioner. She has been a special appearance attorney and independent contractor attorney conducting court appearances and providing legal services for attorneys handling Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases throughout California. At Borton Petrini, Isabell works in the firm’s insurance defense and civil litigation department.
Isabell has been a speaker, trainer, seminar and MCLE presenter, and instructor for various organizations and events. Her research has been published in the Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy.
Isabell has been featured in The New York Times, Latina Magazine, Latina STYLE Magazine, California Lawyer Magazine, The National Law Journal, The Los Angeles Daily Journal, The Daily Recorder, The Sacramento Bee, and the Spanish language magazine D’Primera Mano.
In addition to being an attorney, Isabell is a licensed real estate agent.
When she’s not singing, dancing, or partaking in karaoke, Isabell enjoys traveling, fine dining, listening to music, reading, and sports.
