Emily Chen

Emily Chen is an associate attorney at Borton Petrini, LLP. She recently graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a TechEdge J.D. certificate. In law school, Emily was a writer and copyeditor for the legal newspaper, The Advocate, and participated in the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic. Emily has internship experience in civil litigation, particularly employment law, and has worked on cases involving the FEHA, EEOC, and CFRA. Emily completed her undergraduate at New York University in 2019 with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Computer Science. In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing video games.
