Ellen Peng is an associate in the San Bernardino office of Borton Petrin, LLP. Ellen received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly Pomona, majoring in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne. As an Inland Empire lawyer, Ellen’s practice areas include family law, juvenile dependency, and criminal law, insurance coverage and insurance defense. In addition, Ellen has transactional experience involving non- profit organizations and contract writing. Currently, Ellen’s practice focus is civil litigation in the fields of torts and contracts.
Ellen is active in the local legal community holding memberships in the Riverside County Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of the Inland Empire (APALIE), and the Southern California Chinese Bar Association. Ellen is married, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
