Brian Sanchez

Brian Sanchez is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Borton Petrini, LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in 2013.  Brian was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013, and admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2015.

Brian brings a wide variety of legal experience to Borton Petrini, LLP, including labor and employment, commercial litigation, breach of contract, fraud, and bankruptcy.  Brian has experience advising in-house counsel and senior management on numerous employment matters, such as company policies, breach of contract, wage and hour claims/investigations, employee discipline and termination, union relations, unfair labor practice charges, and discrimination and retaliation claims.

Brian is a member of the California State Bar and the Texas State Bar. Brian is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys running, soccer, tennis, and watching all sports.
