Although originally a Seattle native, Austin spent his formative years just outside of Washington, D.C. He attended Florida State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in psychology, Summa Cum Laude. A fledgling interest in the law led him back to the West Coast, where he graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2019. Since his admittance to the California Bar in December 2021, Austin has had extensive experience in Litigation, including taking and defending depositions, law and motion and second chairing a contentious auto v. auto case. His primary practice focus is on insurance defense, but he also has experience with personal injury and an interest in both intellectual property law and estate planning.
