Sean Danmolé

Sean Danmolé is an Associate Attorney in the Sacramento Office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Sean received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French from California State University, Sacramento. Following a brief stint as a public high school teacher, he went on to complete his Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from California State University, Sacramento.

Immediately after completing his Master’s, Sean attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the California State Bar.

In law school, Sean participated in mock trial and traveled to Nice, France where he took international legal courses and worked as an interpreter for his school’s study abroad program at Hofstra University. He also interned at San Diego Public Defender’s Office while in law school.

Following law school and prior to joining Borton Petrini, LLP, Sean worked as a prosecutor for Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office where he tried numerous juvenile and adult jury trials to verdict and bench trials to disposition.

Subsequent to his time with the District Attorney’s Office, Sean became a member of the Civil Litigation Defense Team at Caltrans where he litigated a variety of Public Entity issues, including wrongful death claims, construction defect matters, property damage suits and general personal injury litigation.  His involvement in these cases extended from pre-suit investigation, through discovery, depositions and further handling up to Trial.

For fun, Sean enjoys backpacking, snow sports, piano, and woodworking.
