Jorge Gallegos, Jr.

Jorge Gallegos was born in Fresno, CA and raised in the Westside of the Central Valley, where he graduated with honors from Tranquillity High School in 2010. In 2014, he graduated with honors from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Criminology Minor, and a Legal Studies Certificate. In 2018, he received his Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law; he graduated among the top third of his class. During law school, he was the recipient of numerous Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, the Baradat & Paboojian Trial Advocacy Scholarship, and the ABOTA Memorial Scholarship

Mr. Gallegos’ practice is primarily focused on civil litigation including but not limited to motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and construction defect. Before joining Borton Petrini he began his legal career at a prominent and well-respected local civil litigation firm, where he gained tremendous knowledge and experience alongside many accomplished trial attorneys.

Mr. Gallegos is fluent in Spanish. He was raised in the small rural town of San Joaquin, which is mostly comprised of Hispanic farmworkers. Thus, he takes great pride in representing the local Spanish-speaking community, the struggles of whom he knows all too well.

Jorge Gallegos is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
