Frankie Rodriguez

Frankie Rodriguez is a Senior Associate attorney for the Fresno office of Borton Petrini, LLP.  Frankie graduated from San Joaquin College of Law and became a member of the State Bar of California in 2007.

Frankie has experience in a variety of areas of law, including but not limited to juvenile dependency, family law, unlawful detainer, landlord tenant law, estate planning, and immigration law. Frankie uses her experience to help clients successfully navigate the legal system.  Her passion to help the community started in her early 20’s and continued into her legal career.  As a law student, Frankie volunteered at Central California Legal Services, Inc. assisting domestic violence survivors through Project First Step.  She gained extensive trial experience representing parents, guardians, and minors in Juvenile Dependency Court.  As a supervising attorney, Frankie mentored and trained new attorneys and paralegals in Family Law, Immigration, and Public Benefits.  She has assisted landlords and tenants to resolve their Unlawful Detainer disputes.  Frankie now brings her zealous representation to Borton Petrini to focus in the areas of Immigration, Probate, Estate Planning, and Minor’s Counsel.

Frankie enjoys meeting the legal needs of the Spanish-speaking community in Fresno and surroundings counties within the Central Valley.  In her spare time, Frankie loves listening to music and spending time with those close to her heart.
