Alexandria McCaskill is an Associate Attorney at the Modesto Office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Alexandria practices in estate planning, probate, trust law, and general civil litigation. Alexandria graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in May 2022, where she served as the Environmental Law Review Notes & Comments Editor and received Best Oral Advocate in First Year Moot Court. She holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University Stanislaus, where she graduated in May 2017. Her research on the economic impacts of professional sports stadiums on local economies won second place in the Student Research Competition. Alexandria also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Lutheran University in May 2014, graduating Cum Laude with University Honors. Alexandria became licensed to practice law in 2022, and before joining Borton Petrini, LLP, she worked at a boutique law firm practicing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and civil litigation. Alexandria has prepared wills, trusts, and contracts, and obtained conservatorships. She has represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Notably, she has secured multiple temporary restraining orders to stop mortgage foreclosures in probate proceedings. Outside of the office, Alexandria enjoys spending time in nature with her family, practicing yoga, and developing her own baking recipes.
