Ashleigh Gideon is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Ashleigh received her undergraduate degree from Chapman University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Peace Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017 and became a member of the California State Bar the same year.
During law school, Ashleigh was a member of the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court competition team and a literary editor for the USF Maritime Law Journal. She received the CALI Excellence Award for her academic success in estate planning.
Ashleigh gained valuable experience as a law clerk in both estate planning and tax law. She also volunteered with the California Tax Appeals Assistance Program.
During college, Ashleigh was a member of the Chapman University women’s volleyball team, being named team Captain in her senior year. She is still an avid sports fan. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, snowboarding, and spending the day at the beach.
