Diana has handled numerous complex multi-million dollar property damage claims including construction defect cases, railway derailment, and trucking accidents involving wrongful death claims. Her construction cases include workmanship, products liability, ensuing damage claims, contracts and personal injury litigation occurring during jobsite construction.

Diana has been actively defending general contractors, builders and industry leading developers for years and is the Insurance Specialist in Borton Petrini’s construction defect defense team. In addition to handling day-to-day litigation matters, Diana currently specializes in dealing with top rated carriers such Zurich, Navigators, Everest, AIG, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Financial Pacific, and Arch Specialty among many others that have provided our developer and general contractor clients with additional insured endorsements through their insured subcontractors. Additionally, she analyzes the types of endorsements issued under the insurance policies and disputes issues of fact related to denials of additional insured and named insured coverage in order to ensure the client is compensated for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in defending the case.
