On February 27, 2017, Andrew Morgan of the Bakersfield Office successfully argued before the San Diego Superior Court obtaining a writ of mandamus setting aside a City of San Diego Administrative Order against a wrongfully accused client who faced penalties of nearly $100,000.00 and would have been required to remove a structure at unknown costs.
